Ready or Not here I come...
It seems like forever that I last added to this Blog. I guess I need to better organize my time to write. I am excited about going out to the school sites to get imput on Podcast and Marketing. I would like to set up some informal surveys (likert scales) to get an idea of where my potential audience is at. I do not want to loose track of my initial goal. Or is that the point of Action Research? I can change to goal to fit my "audience's" need. I can "manipulate" the data... what data? Where do I go from here? I guess at this point I have a BASIC understanding of Podcasting and how is can save time, energy, $$ and effort to improve Staff Development opportunites.

I think it will be interesting on the topics that teachers will want to have podcasts on. I imagine they would like to eliminate emails and papers that they receive each day. Wonder it be wonderful, if they had morning announcements that they could listen to on their way to work and eliminate all informational emails.
